Meetings are broken! We spend too much time in them and they fail to deliver the results that we need. So what do we do? Many people don't do anything. They continue to attend the same pointless meetings over and over again expecting different results or just settling for less.
Fixing broken meetings is easier than you might be think. One of the main contributing factors to broken meetings is the fact that ninety percent (90%) of business professionals have never received training on how to lead and participate in effective meetings. They lack the confidence and skills to drive results through collaborative meetings and this ultimately robs them of precious time, destroys their productivity puts them on the endless meeting roller coaster.
We created a system that helps you sharpen the focus of your meetings, optimize your meeting process and improve your critical communication skills allowing you to deliver results in less time, take control of your schedule back and stay organized. We have packaged our system into an online, self-paced training workshop that teaches you everything you need to know to run consistently effective meetings.
Below on this page you can read more about what the workshop includes, view customer testimonials and view the entire workshop curriculum including the ability to preview select sections. We are so confident that this workshop will immediately improve your meetings that we are offering a 30-day money back guarantee.

“Based upon years of experience in corporate boardrooms, Bryan and Peter have cracked the code to creating shorter and results oriented meetings. If you lead people, are charged to deliver results through collaboration, or simply want to rise professionally in your organization, stop wasting time and call Bryan and Peter.
First, read their book, Powerfully Simple Meetings: Your Guide for Fewer, Faster and More Focused Meetings. That’s what I did. Immediately after finishing their book, I contacted them to train senior leaders in our organization. Peter and Bryan conducted a half-day workshop and the impact of their work has changed both the behaviors and the results in the hundreds of meetings conducted every year in our organization.
